Best mechanic experience I've personally had. I have a 2020 Mazda 6, no longer in production, so it was a challenge to find a mechanic. They not only beat the dealership price, but, arguably better than the price: they had stellar communication. Doesn't happen too often with a lot of businesses it seems. From the first time I called them to when I picked up the car, they were nothing but polite, professional, transparent and honest. They even apologized that it took more than 2 days to fix because of parts shipping. (I'm not glazing, just want to be honest lol) After dealing with a top dealership and having no communication and no returned phone calls, working with Auto Pro of Troy was a genuine pleasure. Will be coming back with any other car issues in the future. Thank you very much to Billy and AJ, who made the whole thing a breeze. 100/10.

I had a great first experience bringing a car in for a pre-purchase inspection. It was an easy process and they saved me a lot of money by letting me know there were a lot of issues with that car. It was quick, maybe an hour or less, and they sent me pictures of all the issues with a description of what I was looking at and what was wrong with it. They even offered to look at the next car I consider buying for no extra charge since I am still looking! I will definitely be back and have been recommending them to others as well.
