I had an exceptional experience at Belle Tire the other day. I was working with Matt, and he went above and beyond to provide top-notch service. Not only did he manage to squeeze me into a busy schedule, but he also took care of a few extra things at no charge. I’ve been to plenty of other tire shops that treat you like a number, but that isn't the case here. If you want honest, great service and a team that actually cares, go see Matt!
View on GoogleExtremely poor experience to get seasonal tires changed. Avoid this branch. Came with an appointment and sales rep suggested 1-1.5hrs of time needed. At the end, it took 3hrs to get the job done (without any call or updates in between). On top, I was told at the end (!) that the nuts had to be replaced and >$150 were added to the bill. Neither did I authorize the additional charge nor did I get any update / call to keep me informed.

He was very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop the whole time my car was there. I felt like he really cared about me. He answered all my questions and phone calls in a timely manner. I would highly recommend using this location based on my experience with John. I also got an amazing deal that i was happy with.
View on GoogleIt’s been some years (since the pandemic) that I had to take my car into Belle Tire and nothing has changed since then. The service is always outstanding, the techs really know how to explain the issues and the service is always performed with great precision and speed. If you ever need new tires or a flat fixed Belle store is the place to go!
View on GoogleI’m sitting in Belle Tire’s waiting area smiling with a nail in my tire. Smiling because I am amazed by the customer service experience I received. Austin answered my phone call when I called in to see if they can help me, he was very professional and polite. Austin greeted by name with a smile when I first walked in. The Lobby and waiting areas were clean with plenty of seating. The technicians were fast and had me back on the road in no time! I highly recommend this location!
