I've purchased this oil change and tire rotation package for years, and I was never told there was an expiration date. Whenever I scheduled an oil change, sometimes the staff would automatically perform the tire rotation as part of the package, and other times they apparently only did the oil change without mentioning I still had tire rotations remaining. Today, I called to schedule an appointment and was told, "Your plan expired last year, but you only had two tire rotations left anyway." I'm sorry, but that's not acceptable. I paid for that package and expected to receive the services I purchased. I want to be clear that I'm not blaming Lauren in Service—who said nothing she could do and had to brush it off or any employees working within the policies given. My frustration is with the sales process. If a package has limitations or an expiration date, that information should be clearly explained upfront. Selling customers a package without fully disclosing the terms is disappointing, especially for someone who has been a loyal customer for years.

I bought a Hybrid Sienna at the end of last year at this very dealer, today I brought it in for an oil change, inspection and to have the radio repaired after an auto update stripped prepaid Wifi and map apps off. SIX HOURS LATER I finally leave with only an oil change and inspection because they were not able to fix the radio. I took a PTO day for this?
