Barry friendly place, people are nice and they will answer any questions that you have without attitudes. And that is big and dealerships seems like you're always getting treated like you're there to waste their time. And they're not there to help you almost like you're burdening to them. But not super rule of Troy, everybody from the general manager down to the Porter. Alright rate, and we'll help you and treat you like family
View on GoogleSubject: Beware of the high diagnostic fees I visited this shop to have my brakes inspected. After the check, they suggested a full replacement of the front and rear pads and rotors. Since the price was significantly higher than expected, I decided not to proceed with the repairs. However, I was still charged $189.00 just for the diagnosis. While I understand shops charge for their time, $189 for a visual inspection and a quote feels excessive and unreasonable. I chose this place based on its 4.7-rating, but I am very disappointed with this pricing experience. I recommend asking about diagnostic fees upfront before visiting.
View on GoogleI brought my car in for a recall, and it turns out there were a few other repairs that were needed and not communicated to me. A text went to my husband, when I left my cell phone number on the work request that morning. Because of this I was unaware of the other repairs needed until I got home, and I would have liked to have gotten them taken care of while I was there.

She went above and beyond. She really made my car fix possible with my hard schedule. She took care of me as family. I would recommend her to anyone who wants a peace of mind. I would give her 10 out of 5 if possible . She did a phenomenal job.
