Finding a trustworthy auto repair shop can be challenging. I was referred to LC Auto Group by a friend. Jeff provided me with genuine advice for servicing the CV joint in my BMW 530i XD and for future maintenance. Best part is, I brought my own parts. The work was completed promptly, and the charges were reasonable. As a car enthusiast who values his vehicle, I highly recommend this shop for European vehicles. It’s a great place if you’re looking to save on hefty quotes from dealerships.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with LC AUTO GROUP LLC and would not recommend them to anyone. I brought my vehicles to them expecting professional work, honest communication, and quality service. Instead, I was left with two damaged vehicles, weeks of delays, poor communication, and a bill that I was still expected to pay despite the problems they caused. From the beginning, communication was terrible. Getting updates was nearly impossible. Calls and messages would go unanswered for days, and whenever I was able to get in touch with someone, I received different answers about what was going on with my vehicles. I constantly had to chase them down just to find out the status of work that should have been communicated to me proactively. The biggest issue is that both of my cars ended up with major problems after being in their possession. What should have been a straightforward repair turned into a nightmare. Instead of fixing the issues, my vehicles came back in worse condition than before. I spent weeks waiting for answers and solutions that never came. What makes the situation even worse is that after all the delays, lack of communication, and damage done to my vehicles, I was still charged for the work. Paying for a service that leaves you with more problems than you started with is unacceptable. Any reputable business would take responsibility for mistakes and work with the customer to make things right. That was not my experience here. The entire process was stressful, frustrating, and costly. I lost valuable time, was left without reliable transportation, and felt completely ignored whenever I tried to get answers. Customer service seemed to disappear once they had my vehicles and my money. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend LC AUTO GROUP LLC. If you’re considering taking your vehicle here, I strongly suggest getting everything in writing, documenting the condition of your vehicle before leaving it, and considering other shops before trusting them with your car.

The guys at LC Auto do amazing work. Jeff and his guys always treat my vehicle as if it is their own, from text updates to my vehicle being ready when they said it would be. I recommend them to anyone looking for quality mechanical and performance work on their vehicles.

I’m so grateful I found this shop. After the dealership gave me a long list of recommended repairs totaling almost $5,000, I wanted a second opinion. This shop ran their own tests and took the time to explain everything clearly—and confirmed that many of the items were not actually a problem. They were honest, professional, and did not try to upsell or scare me into unnecessary repairs. They saved me a significant amount of money and earned my trust. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a reliable and ethical auto shop.

Not 5 stars at all!!! Had a horrible experience at LC auto i even gave numerous chances for them to give me my cars back before braking them any further i do not recommend this place
