HORRIBLE!! First they had my car for over 2-3 months . When i got it back a bunch of alerts went off . Had to play the run around with yousif , horrible customer service was annoyed that i was annoying him . If the work have been done accurately and right i wouldn’t have been so upset about them having the car for that long and spending money on a rental but it wasn’t ! . Still having issues with all of the calibration issues that were not fixed properly so now I’m going to have to go get them fixed somewhere else considering they can’t and won’t do the job. Oh yeah they billed my insurance 9,800$!!!!!! Scam scam scam. Horrible service. I’m sure the guys working in the back are great but in the front of the house horrible . So still now dealing with a car that isn’t fixed pre accident condition ! Thanks guys! 😤 if your dealing with Yousif run!

Where do I start? The Collision Guys in Troy on Rochester road are beyond professional, quick, courteous, and efficient. I have never had such a detailed and quick turn around with my vehicle in a shop ever. Roger took care of everything from beginning to end and was a genuine pleasure to work with. If you’re looking for a body shop in Oakland County Michigan give them a call. Hands down best experience!!

View on GoogleIf you have a classic vehicle don’t take it here. Hard to get parts? I understand! Keeping my vehicle to close to a year and calling to pick it up and it’s a sloppy paint job that’s a problem! Be sure to check your paint and bodywork for runs and sags where the issue maybe. If I didn’t know what to look for this place would have sent me home with a bold paint job!!! Only good thing came from my experience is the drop in price for me exposing the imperfections in their face. And that only happened after the 2nd time me coming back and the paint quality was still average a best. I had them painting the whole vehicle just so the cars wouldn’t be mismatched. No emblems replaced, missing screws! If I’m leasing a vehicle they can do the work. But my vehicles!!! Never again!
