Ryan was great. He was very communicative and made everything easy to understand. He really had my best interest when going back and forth with the warranty company, and was able to quickly get me a rental when I realized how long the work would take to get approved. This was my first experience with Ryan and it was definitely top notch. My previous good experiences were with Joe, so it is good to have another trusted advisor I am comfortable working with.

My service advisor, Markel deserves a 10! He was professional, knowledgeable, and most of all, kind and understanding. He did his job well. He went out of his way to make sure that my experience was pleasant. I did find that the communication system was less than user-friendly. When calling the main number, rather than simply transferring my call, I was asked to either text or leave a message. I suppose that is considered more efficient. I found it frustrating and impersonal. However, being greeted by an adorable Frenchie was the best!

My SUV had been down for a while and I couldn't figure out what the problem was. Come to find out it, I needed a new starter and alternator. My SUV runs just as well as it did when I first got it, some of the features that were not working before are working now! I'm very pleased! Everyone that I dealt with, from sales, service, and the cashier, was very knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and pleasant!

Jorden was the representative who handled my visit, and I was very pleased with the ease of access to an express oil change. I feel it was a quick visit and service with the oil change, tire rotation, and filters changed out. It was only about a half hour and i just hung out in the lobby and waited. Thanks again for taking care of me and my vehicle!
