This was the best car repair experience I ever had! This is my second vehicle that I had brought in and both times Jeremy was fantastic at communication and providing updates even to a major engine repair. Very professional and courteous! I will be returning for my other vehicles and future repairs! I highly recommend this location for all your vehicle needs!
View on GoogleExcellent customer service! Friendly and helpful staff were very efficient. I got prompt assistance and repair was done the next day. I was given a courtesy ride home. Rami and the staff did an amazing job explaining what was needed for the brake repair and did what they could to keep the price down. Prices were fair and did not try to sell me something I did not need.
View on GoogleI have NEVER taken any of my vehicles to a shop before - no not even an alignment. I have strings and a measuring tape. I do all my own work - my truck needed a brake line replaced due to rust and I was not going to drop the tank in a parking lot in 30 degree weather. They charged a half decent price and got it done in a reasonable time. Knowing that another attached line was permitted to fail, like the one they replaced I told them I do my own work and this is out of lack of will to do on my own. They replaced the one with no issue taking my word for my work on the rest. No hassle. Based on this single exchange I can confidently recommend others to bring their cars here with any issue. Service advisors are great people and straight forward, wish I got to talk to the mechanic who was punished with working on my rusted 22 year old truck. All around good people.
View on GoogleI accidentally money shifted my clapped out Nissan 350Z from 5th to 4th and completely messed up my transmission, so I had to bring it to. to get it checked out. The guys at carfix looked over the car and explained that the transmission needed to be replaced. What I really appreciated about them was that they were honest about the problem and gave me a price that was about $2,000 cheaper than other shops I called. They got the new transmission installed and the car shifts smoothly again like nothing ever happened. they saved me a whole lot of money and did great work, and I’d definitely trust them with my car again.
View on GoogleI had an issue with the brakes on my truck. I called the guys at car fix they got me in within 30 minutes of making the call and had everything fixed within 90 minutes! They even brought me back into the bay to show me what the issue was. They have a very comfortable sitting area that I was able to work from on their provided Wi-Fi. I play to bring my truck back to them with any issues in the future. Highly recommended!!!
