View on GoogleWe visited Suburban Cadillac of Troy for accident repairs after sliding on an icy road and damaging our underbody components. The service team quickly diagnosed the issue—an exhaust bracket and oil pan damage that caused an oil leak—and explained everything clearly. Luckily, they had all the required parts in stock, which allowed them to complete the repairs extremely fast, even while the insurance adjuster was still asking to put on hold until their inspector to go and look for the damage estimation. In the end, the quote for the repairs was actually lower than our insurance deductible, so we decided to proceed without filing a claim. They finished the work so quickly that we didn’t even need a rental car. Outstanding service from start to finish—efficient, transparent, and professional. Highly recommended!
