I came to this Belle Tire location only because it was the closest place after getting a flat tire on my leased vehicle. They immediately pushed me to buy a brand-new tire. It was clear their priority was making a sale, not providing helpful service. I walked in needing help with one flat tire, and they quickly turned the conversation into trying to sell me on replacing all of my tires. The entire experience felt pushy and sales-driven rather than customer-focused. I would not recommend this location to anyone.

My rear passenger tire was always low compared to other three tires and as reported by ONSTAR reminders. Last week I took my car to Belle Tire on Rochester Road. The Waite was less than one hour only. They found a nail in the tire and fixed the tire. They did not charge me anything. The Waite area was very comfortable with a lot of amenities like coffee etc. Excellent place for tires and other Services. More important, I trust them, since this was a repeat of previous tire fixing. They are the only place that I know off, that have 24 hour free service to check the tire pressures on all 5 car tires with a warning reminding bell that the air filling in each tire has reached the set pressure. Thank you.

I had such a great experience today at Bell Tire. I won’t get into all of it, but life has been a little overwhelming lately, “one battle after another.” On my first day at a new job, I picked up a screw in my tire heading back from lunch… which I guess means it’s officially summer in Michigan. Yay construction season and random screws included! Tim and his team completely turned my day around. They made the whole experience easy, quick, and genuinely memorable. I’ll absolutely be bringing my business back. Only downside…..if you’re not into hockey, you might be outnumbered!
