I do not trust Honda service anymore and no more buying Honda car. It is service center for Honda costumer but they always try to fraud me for just money. I purchased special interior and exterior maintenance service but it is super hard to make appointments. They said only Wednesday can be Available and there is no slot to make appointments on Wednesday. And I bought new car with extended warranty and few month later my car has a noise and they said they will charge 120 $ for diagnostics service. Even when they change oil they will not really give a free car wash.

I had my 2025 Honda CRV had its 2nd oil change for its 10k mileage. When the service advisor Brittany called me and said that my barely one year old car needs the following: brake fluid change, some bunch of air filter change, which would be roughly around $500.00. Really, a car which is 9 month old! Either your dealer sold me a lemon or it’s just plain greed and scam. I have the service package and have been a loyal customer to this dealership but not valued at all. All they care about is to upsell during any service appointment, we deserve better especially during these tough times.

Honda Morton Grove sold me a Lemon. I bought a brand new 2022 Honda Pilot with 0 miles and a month later I noticed one of my LED tail light goes on and off, air vent is sticking out and so as the plastic side fender. The first time I brought it there for them to fix but they didn’t. 4th visit later for the same issues, we ordered a part to replace the bad LEDtaillight on my car. So we’re waiting there and an hour later they told us that the replacement LED light we got is cracked and can’t switch it. Why didn’t you check if the replacement was good as soon as you get it? My wife and I wasted our time to drive all the way to the suburbs to get this resolve and it’s still not resolve. Now i have to go back for the 5th time to get this done. I’ve wasted so much of my time driving back and forth asking work if i can leave early and wasting my time on the weekend on my day off. The purpose of buying a brand new car is not to give you any issues. I got a defect lemon SUV and it’s already given me so much headache with the car and service department. I just want this over with.

Easiest Honda service experience, and my service rep, Luis, was fantastic. This was likely the busiest Honda service center I've ever seen, but I really appreciated that they still took my vehicle in immediately and completed all of the work quickly. Every other Honda service center I've been to takes 4+ hours for an oil change and brake fluid, but this took less than 2 hours (as it should, to be honest). It seems like they are very well staffed and operate efficiently despite the current construction. Even with the construction, there's a lot within walking distance to grab a coffee or lunch while I waited, so I'll definitely be here again.
