Ruben delivered as promised. When my daughter got her car back, she said it feels and looks brand new. They even did an exceptional job cleaning the car, including the interior, which we really appreciated. I’m truly thankful for the quality of work and the great customer service. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs auto body repair.

Ryan, general manager, and his estimator Reuben even took the time to polish our car before we picked it up. It shows that Ryan, Reuben, and the team at Crash Champions put a lot of pride into their work because the quality shows. They are attentive to your needs and concerns, and do not want to leave the customer unhappy. They treat you like family and want you to stop by and say hello and have a coffee even if you do not have any job repairs for them. Ryan and Reuben will take good care of you and treat your car as if it were their own. We are very happy with their service and recommend them as the top car repair shop in the area.
View on GoogleMy car stayed with them for three months, which is an extremely long and unacceptable delay. After all that time, I was shocked to receive my car with broken parts, and even worse, some parts were missing. This level of workmanship and lack of quality control is unacceptable. After waiting that long, I expected the car to be returned fully repaired and complete, not in worse condition. The situation caused me a lot of frustration, inconvenience, and wasted time. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Poor communication, excessive delays, and careless final delivery. Extremely disappointed.
