The guy told my insurance they aint even have a rack available to take damage photos and then said he just now sent pics to my insurance but he didnt send anything and now they wont even pick up the phone for my insurance company. Dont know if this place a scam or what but im probably going to pick my bmw up now!!!

They give you a professional estimate prior to starting work on your vehicle. Large shop which is nice for larger trucks. NO CREDIT CARDS. Cash and checks only.
