Heat in my car stopped working when we had a big snowstorm (I had a coolant leak). I called Sarg Auto/detail Garage at 5pm and they were able to get the car in right away. Sarge was able to diagnose and fix my car very quickly. He replaced the water pump, radiator, and thermostat on my Jeep for a very good price. He went above and beyond to make sure everything is done right, and my car is safe for driving. He did not take advantage of me to change me extra or for something unnecessary because I am a woman, because I don’t know anything about cars. Sarge is professional, honest, and very knowledgeable. He called me the next day to make sure everything was ok with the car. I had a very bad experience with my previous mechanics shop (Meineke 7420N Milwaukee Ave, Niles) and I wish I found Sarg Auto/detail Garage sooner. I recommend this place to all my friends and family. Highly recommended Sarg Auto/detail Garage to anyone.

Sarg went above and beyond when working on my car. I called him in an emergency situation where I needed work done on one of my wheels so I can get moving again and Sarg took care of me at an amazing price. He even diagnosed some extra problems that I didn't notice and fixed them free of charge. Sarg is truly an honest and stand up guy. 5 stars aren't enough for this man. I recommend him very highly.
