Steve's Auto Care

We received absolutely AMAZING care. Everyone was so kind and generous. I came to pick up my vehicle, brought my dog, 2 and 3yr old. (Not sure what I was thinking about the dog). One of my sons were crying, I was trying to listen and pay…the owner Steve stepped in and saved the day and gave them sweet little gifts and brightened their day. Darren (hopefully I spelled his name right) is so knowledgeable, kind and helpful. As we walked through to the back, the other employees (and amazing bird) greeted us with a smile and kindness. Felt like home. Thank you all who were involved in fixing our daughter’s car so she is safe on the road. We appreciate you and will be bringing our jeep soon.

DONT USE THIS SHOP! I was sitting by my friend who was on the phone with this place trying to get his breaks changed and break fluid flushed on his Rav 4. I was mind blown to hear the conversation going back and forth not only did he change my friend an outrageous amount over $2.4k. This should not have cost more than $1.8k at a dealership let alone a little hole in the wall shop. When my friend asked if it could be picked up the next morning. Steve rudely told him that if he didn’t pick his car up by 5pm he would have it towed. As my friend was out of state working trying to arrange something since his gf was working till 5pm. His lack of courtesy from a small town show after over charging was just surprising. After hearing and seeing this all happening and the condescending tone and attitude I would never bring my vehicle here. Go somewhere that actually cares about their clients because this guy obviously doesn’t. You’re disappointing Steve. Do better and learn to treat your clients better.

Darren has great customer service and got me helped quickly, the service is done right and well, for a good price. I had them do a water pump, starter, and flywheel ajd it was all done within a timely manner and for a great price, as a star resident i highly recommend. P.S. theres a cool parrot, 5 stars

Real people that care about you. I had “fixed” and replaced a part on my SUV, but it needed a computer reset, and the dealer wanted 3weeks and who knows how much. I called Steve’s, they said come by in the morning and they will fit me in. This was at Christmas, and we needed the car to work for family in town…long story there, but it was a big deal to us. Any way, they fixed it and told me merry Christmas and I was on my way. Best of people. Highest of skills. This is the only place I will take all my cars now. Thank you

What an amazing experience I had here. Steve is HONEST and supports his community....it shows! I was told by another place that I needed breaks and it was dangerous to drive, so I got a second opinion here at Steve's. It turns out I didn't need them at all (yet) and the other place lied. They have shop pups that will greet you and an AMAZING Macaw named Murphy. What a unique, wholesome experience. 10/10 recommend. Thank you again Steve!
