I took my truck here for brake pads and a tire alignment. I had no steering issues whatsoever before the alignment and afterwards, my steering was super loose. I took it back to them and they told me it was some other part that needed to be replaced for $2000. I then brought it to a different shop and they said nothing about that part and they noticed that one of my brake calipers had been installed incorrectly. Now they are telling me all four of my tires need to be replaced because the alignment was so bad and that the brake needed to be fixed as well because there were parts completely missing from it. Also, Dan rarely answer the phone and you can leave voicemails and he will not get back to you. Take your vehicle somewhere else. Edit: In response to Dan’s reply, the shop I took my truck to was the Kendall dealership in Nampa that he recommended I take it to. And the truck was not out of alignment when I took it into his shop originally, I was merely using an annual alignment that my warranty covered. Also, there were zero comments made about my tires being worn when it was done. And the reason the break caliper retainer issue was noticed months later was because I hadn’t had the truck into a shop until then.
