Les Schwab Tire Center

We have loved Les Schwab for years. My entire family has always used them and had great experiences, which is why this has been so disappointing. I’m not sure what it is about the Star location, but both visits we’ve had there have been frustrating. The first visit was simply for routine maintenance on my vehicle since we purchased our tires through Les Schwab. I also added an oil change because having everything done in one place seemed very convenient. However, the final cost was surprisingly expensive. Fast forward to today — we came in to have tires we already purchased from Les Schwab installed on our vehicle, along with another oil change. We were quoted around $400 just for the tire installation and oil change, which felt extremely excessive. On top of that, both experiences with the front desk staff were less than pleasant. We really wanted this location to become our go-to store since it’s conveniently close to our home, but unfortunately that will not be happening. Les Schwab is known for having one of the best tire warranties in America, so it’s frustrating to feel like we’re being charged an arm and a leg just to have tires we purchased through them put onto our vehicle. Very disappointing and disheartening experience overall. We will not be returning to this location.

Had a nail in my daughter’s tire. Hunter helped us, was kind, knowledgeable and should get a promotion! He is a great asset to this company. I felt very peaceful around him, felt I could ask questions, didn’t feel like the typical sales pitch situation. I’ll come back because of the care he provided today. Thank you Hunter, you’re making a difference.

I had just gotten home for the day, when I noticed a nail in my rear tire. I jumped right back in my truck and drove to the Les Schwab in Star, hoping to make it before they closed. Luckily, I arrived about 25 minutes before they closed for the day, and they had me in and out within 15 minutes. The gentleman that took care of me was super helpful and professional, and they all enjoyed having my dog running around to greet everyone in the waiting area. Excellent customer service!

Always a great experience at the Les Schwab in Star! The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. I went in to get a price on tires that I knew would need to be ordered and they were able to get them delivered and installed the next morning, which was on Christmas Eve. I was greeted at my truck and they got the tire change started right away. I also asked if they could do a suspension check, which they gladly did, and found a couple issues which I suspected, so I will be returning to take care of those soon.

Wow! Best Les Schwab I have ever been to! Started the week off with an allignment on our Escalade, then dropped off my wife's camaro which has been in storage the last 10 years. Logan helped me on both and they were great! It was super-quick for both experiences and there were no lines! They were honest, telling me I did not need work on the camaro suspension when I thought it needed it. Definitely recommend for family and friends!
