This is the best place to bring your trucks for repair, honest mechanic that really cared. Came here with a noise next to air brake line that I Had J&A tire truck repair come do a mobile replacement for. The day before. J&A didn’t put the clamp back on to hold the line from rubbing on the firewall. Thank you Lee(mechanic)is the best fixed it right away. Less than 15 mins out on the road again. Will definitely bring my truck here everytime. The Andrea and the office ladies are great and very friendly and welcoming as well.

I had a pretty unfortunate chain of events hit all at once and found myself in a tough spot needing immediate repairs on a trailer. Like most people, I started calling around. First place I reached out to told me they were booked out for weeks. That wasn’t going to work.
Then I called Majestic Truck Services by Merx Truck and Trailer, and everything changed.
I believe I initially spoke with Angie, who was incredibly helpful right out of the gate. She actually took the time to communicate with the guys in the shop instead of just brushing me off or scheduling me weeks out. She let me know they could at least take a look at it, which already set them apart.
When I arrived, Lee stepped in and immediately diagnosed the issue. No guessing, no runaround, just straight professionalism and experience. Not only did they fit me in, but they had the trailer repaired and ready to go in under an hour and a half!!!!😱
You simply don’t find that level of service anymore.
But it gets better…
The very next day, I ran into another issue, this time with the trailer jack. I came back fully expecting to have to wait, especially since they were clearly slammed. Instead, they still made time for me and I couldn't be more grateful.
And they didn’t just “fix” it…
They went above and beyond, installing a ½-inch thick steel reinforcement plate, welding it flawlessly, and even taking the time to paint it to match the trailer. The level of care, craftsmanship, and attention to detail was next-level. They didn’t just solve the problem, they made sure it was stronger and better than before.
As a business owner, having reliable equipment is critical. Without it, jobs come to a halt. Majestic understood that and treated the situation with urgency and respect. Because of them, I was able to keep my projects moving without missing a beat.
Huge shoutout to Angie, Lee, Brittany, and Isabella. Every single one of you played a part in making this an incredible experience.
I genuinely can’t recommend Majestic enough. If you want a team that actually cares, moves fast, and does the job right the first time, this is the place.

I picked my truck up and Majestic did a terrific job. I will most definitely recommend friends and colleagues use these guys. They brought my truck wheels back to life after 400,000+ miles without polishing. Great work and service. I will be back.

My first impression on the phone wasn't the best but spoke with the owner, Marc and had a good conversation.
My truck is in their shop now getting a wheel polish. Very good experience dropping the truck off and had a tour of the facility. Can't wait to see how the truck turns out. I definitely recommend.

In dealing with uncertainty, insurance, and lack of experience in the situation, both Angie and Andrea lead their team in helping me and getting me back on the road extremely fast considering the damage.
