Highly recommending this foe your tires and auto service needs. The alignment here are the most economical around the metro area. I was quoted $80, ended up cost $96. Which is a substantial saving amongst ALL the provider in close proximity. Brian was friendly, courteous, and professional. He was able to change my appointment and got me in earlier. The facility was well maintained and super clean. Friendly staff, fast service, and clean facility, what else do we need.......coffee and snacks? Nope, that would add to higher pricing. Big O tires..don't change a thing. You are the best in town. Highly recommending this place. Added bonus: military discounts.

I was traveling from West Des Moines to Iowa City and got as far as Altoona when I noticed a tire rapidly losing pressure. I pulled in to the shop and was promptly greeted. They didn’t have the needed tire in-stock, but was able to order it. The tire quickly arrived and I was on my way within an hour of pulling in. Thanks!!

The amazing gentlemen here saved the day! We (3 ladies) are from out of town with 3 little girls and woke up to a flat tire. They got us in right away and we were back on the rode in no time. And they didn't charge us! They were professional, kind and understanding. I saw the interactions between them and other customers and they were just as courteous. I highly recommend them.

This is my third visit and just as my first 2 visits everything was perfect. Great low prices. Shockingly low actually... considering the great quality service of the expert team they have at this location! The cherry on top, for me, is the EXCELLENT customer service. They have the friendliest, most helpful , and informed employees! I walk in and get an oil change, that only took 30 minutes, no appointment, and it was the same price as Walmart. Which is pretty spectacular when I'm getting much better quality service!! On my first visit I desperately needed 4 new tires and an alignment. They got me in the next day, got me set up with no interest payments for 6 months, AND they were so kind and understanding of my financial situation as not all of us have $700 to drop all at once!! I'm new to the area and this is my new go to for sure! I'm a very pleased and appreciative customer! Thanks so much guys!!

The staff were GREAT at Altonna Big O. I called them last minute to see if they could possibly put tires on my truck. Not only did they make time for me but didn't act like it was a big deal or that they may have to work late to help 1 person. They had what I needed (actually more than what I needed) and made sure they delivered World Class Service. Helping in this time of need gained them a customer for life.
