The absolute worst. Been there three times. 1st Three hour oil change, 2nd 5 hours for an inspection sticker, tractor only. 3rd time left at 3 hours after being told 2 hour wait and seeing the bay empty for an hour. Was called for the appointment 6.5 hours later.

FIRST THEY NICE, AFTER THEY COMPLETELY CHANGES. WE HAD AN ISSUE WITH THEM THEY REPORTED US THAT MY TRUCK STARTER NEEDS TO BE REPLACED AND WE DID REPLACE IT BUT IT NEVER HELPED TO SOLVE THE ISSUE. RIGHT AFTER REPAIR TRUCK CHECKED FOR DIFFERENT SHOP AGAIN AND FINDED OUT THAT STARTER FROM PREVIOUS SHOP WAS DEFECTIVE PART. WE DID REQUEST FOR REFUND US BACK AND PROCESS STARTED LAST YEAR ON DECEMBER, MY DRIVER EVEN DROPPED OFF DEFECTIVE PART HIMSELF AT THEIR ALTOONA IA LOCATION AND THE MANAGER MARRY WAS HANDLING THE ISSUE, FIRSTLY SHE WAS VERY NICE AND OPEN TO SOLVE THE ISSUE, SINCE WE DROPPED OFF PART AND SHE SHIPPED IT BACK TO DEALER AND CONFIRMED FROM THEM THAT PART IS DEFECTIVE AND GOING TO BE REFUNDED. SHE NEVER REACHED ME OUT NEITHER EMAILS AND CALLS. ALL THE TIME I CALL HER SHE WAS ON VACATION, MEETINGS AND OFFICE MANAGEMENT FEED US WITH SHE WILL CALL YOU BACK, BUT SHE NEVER PRESS THAT CALL BUTTON. BEFORE LEAVING THIS COMMENT WE DID OUR BEST THIS TO BE SOLVED AS IT SUPPOSED TO BE BUT MOSTLY WE GOT SCAMMED.
View on GoogleChecked in for an airbag on the trailer needed replaces on a Friday morning at 10:45 AM. They said be a couple hours they pulled me in around 8 pm and told me they had to order a bracket be tomorrow. Saturday came they pulled me in again told they could get the part til Monday. Monday came was told I would be thrilled in line at 7 am when they opened it is now noon and I have got now where. Would not recommend this place for anything. I only gave one start because it is the lowest you can give.
View on GoogleHello! This is one of the worst places I've ever been to. It could be even worse in Lavsa. I needed to change a tire on my trailer. When I checked in, they said I had to wait up to three hours. After waiting four, I went to them to find out why they hadn't accepted me yet. They told me I still had to wait about five hours!!!!! This is despite the fact that there were only two customers ahead of me. This is terrible! If you need to do some express repair, or something urgent, avoid this place!!!!
View on GoogleCharging $35 for a single retorque is pretty steep for such a quick, simple job. This kind of service usually costs very little or is even included — I’d suggest checking other places before paying that much.
