Extremely disappointed with this shop. I brought my car in after being rear-ended because it started shaking — something it never did before the accident. The shop immediately claimed the issue wasn’t related to the collision and blamed worn control arm bushings and tire wear. My tires had been inspected just a week before the accident with no issues found, and the shaking started right after the impact. When I asked for a proper inspection or explanation of how this could happen suddenly, they refused to look into it further and told me to take the car somewhere else. They also emphasized that the inspection was free, which I never asked for — I only wanted an honest and thorough evaluation. The experience felt dismissive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this shop to anyone expecting fair communication or a complete inspection after an accident.

NEVER let them near your vehicle. Called and made an appointment. Explained to "Dave" the specific work needed and was given a quote. Arrived at my appointment 3 days later and was told the cost would be over twice what the original quote was. I stated I was given a quote by Dave 3 days earlier and Dave came in and stated the exact quote he had gave me earlier. I was told it would be the new quote of over twice the original by Dave. I can only imagine what the final bill would have been. Never let them near you vehicle.

I came in today to get my oil changed and I also asked for an estimate for a sensor repair that I already knew needed fix. When I came back to pick my car up they charged me $308 for an oil change. Turns out they decided to do their own diagnostics that I didn’t need in the first place cause I already knew what was wrong with the car. They told me i need about $2000 more work when I can get all that work done else where for less then half the price they wanted. Feel like they took advantage of me for the simple fact that I’m a female. I knew what I needed done. They assumed I’m stupid cause I’m a female so they tacked on charges I didn’t ask for.

Cross country trips are stressful enough, but a cross country trip with car trouble takes the stress to a new level. Fortunately, we found Freedom Tire and they took great care of us. The gentleman at the counter got my van is right away and within a few hours repairs were complete and we were on our way. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Your kindness is much appreciated.

Had $10 coupon and decided to go for an oil change. 1. He needed to get a specialized part to replace the filter, would be $25. No biggie, he estimated the cost would be $70-80 overall with the coupon 2. We waited 90 MINUTES for the car to be completed. We did not expect to just wait in uncomfortable chairs for so long (I get it was going to take longer to get the part from down the street, but DOUBLE the time an oil change takes?) 3. They charged $20 for a car inspection. I never asked for this and if I knew it was $20 I wouldve said no! I just needed an oil change In total it was $110. With the $10 coupon. I only went to this place because I was hoping to spend as little as possible. Instead I spent a good chunk of time $30-40 over what he estimated. I wish I never got the coupon and went somewhere that was quicker and cheaper. Avoid at all costs.
