On the road from Milwaukee WI heading west for spring camping/ hiking trip. On interstate got "service needed soon" flashing light and engine started to misfire. They were able to get us in right away. The mechanic (Jack), diagnosed and repaired in lass than an hour. Tanya the manager was super helpful. Jack is a top-notch technician. We're back on the road. Great job!

Very friendly staff. Had an emergency car issue on the interstate. Was a walk in to see if they could diagnose it. They was able to get it in, check it out and fixed in little over an hour. Scheduling n appointment is the way to go, but sometimes emergencies happen. Thank you for the excellent service.

I normally don’t give any reviews out but with the situation I have been going through lately has been stressing me out & I have been so patient with everything to not let this be okay. This is going to be a long review but I need this to be heard. To anyone looking for a place for your car fixings I wouldn’t recommend bringing your vehicle here. As back in April, I had purchased a car and only had it in my possession for a week until it had issues. I reached out to the dealership about the issue I was having and they recommended me this location or the Firestone across from them. I decided to go with CarX and so that same day I made the call I went straight to CarX & brought the car in. I spoke with the store manager James & explained why I was bringing it in. He told me I would have figure out what the warranty company name was before I could “drop it off” and let them take care of the rest. After giving him the name of the warranty company he told me if would promptly take 24 hours and so I handed him my vehicle keys and left. fast forward to a week or two later I reached out to the warranty company to get an update on the claim. THERE WAS NOT A CLAIM that was made when my car was sitting on the lot for two weeks. The representative I spoke with from my warranty company told me nobody from this location had reached out to them about my vehicle and she recommended me that I would go in person and get that situation resolved immediately so they can get a claimed started. The next morning, I went in and right when I walked into the shop I let James know that the warranty company stated no claim was made yet & wanted to get straighten out. with a certain tone of rudeness I felt from him, he said “I just had gotten off the phone with a representative 10 minute ago before you walked in.” then stated about how my engine would be replaced with a brand new one and so on. I asked to get my stuff of the car since I do have a toddler and needed the car seat. he unlocked it for me which wasn’t the issue there. from that day I haven’t heard anything from them or keeping me posted. I always had to be the one calling in and checking to see what the update was on my claim. every single time I would call James wouldn’t be in office or it’d be his day off. I still managed to be patient as I can be since i know with warranty companies and everything it can take awhile. Close to two months passed by I noticed my car wasn’t on the lot anymore. I figured and felt a little relieved thinking “oh good they’re finally getting my car fixed now after so long of waiting”. so I called them to see what was going on and the person that picked up the phone I believe his name was Luke. I told him what the update was and I gave him the make model and year of my car. He proceeded to ask me “ma’am are you calling the right location?” as he said that I was a little shocked and proceeded to say “yes my car has been with you guys for the past two months. This is the right location”. he then put me on paused and once he spoke to me after being on paused he told me that my car had gotten towed 2 to 3 weeks ago by the warranty company MIND YOU nobody kept me in the loop and communicated me with this. After I ended the call with CarX I called my warranty coverage right away and see if they had sent a towing company out and they weren’t accounted for that and if they did, it would have been documented. I was not very happy to hear about everything that was happening so far. To wrap my review up.. I haven’t had my vehicle for close to 4 months now. I already filed a police report & it’s on a stolen list. To me it is very odd that the shop would not keep any track of information of towing company or with legal reasons who they are handing my keys to someone else for future incidents like mine. I believe that the customer service was not great at all with communicating to me about my vehicle under their care and not in the loop of my claim. Long distance trip got a nail in my tire, called and got me in within 30 min. Plugged it and back on the road within an hour. Great front desk and crew.

This place is absolutely amazing. The staff are kind and treat you well. I came in and saw comfy chairs for the guests to sit in. A Roku tv is available for guests to pick whatever show/movie they’d like to watch. I came in expecting to get a new set of tires, because I had a flat tire. They helped take off my spare and checked my tire for any damages. Turns out there wasn’t any. The air was just knocked out of it. The gentleman at the front desk and Eric, who I spoke with on the phone, treated me with respect and were honest. Wonderful service. I would come here again.
