WAY TOO OVERPRICED! All these reviews make sense now. They will screw you over, just find another shop that is reasonable. And they need to get someone that can reply to customer reviews with professionalism, look at how they reply to customers instead of trying to make it right or just respond professionally like a business would. Maybe I’ll get one too!
View on GoogleI used to have great luck going to this shop, weather it’s to get a hose fixed, do wheel ends; or a clutch. Now I can’t even take my truck there without having to worry if it’s going to have problems. In the past 2 months I have spent over 6k at this shop, which in return I had to get EVERYSINGLE thing fixed that they had fixed. They couldn’t even get a hose to stop leaking. Had to redo wheel ends THREE TIMES, somehow some way the tech cross threaded the nut onto the spindle, threw all brand new parts at my ac system trying to fix it which never worked, I had to figure it out myself and all it was, was a 13 dollar plug. Couldn’t get a rubber hose to stop leaking, lost the cap to my power steering reservoir, the list goes on and on. Good luck getting ahold of the service manager to try and make things right.
View on GoogleRandy was exceptionally helpful and knowledgeable when I called on the phone. He knows his stuff. The part was ready and waiting for us at the counter. Randy and George (the best hairdo in central Iowa) were friendly and got us on our way. Highly recommend these guys!!!!
View on GoogleCame all the way from New York to this place in order to find wheel hub cap And all trucks stops on I-80 were running out of it And the guy in parts department waited for me it was late night I was unsure about the size so he picked up his own truck and drove it the island of pilot just to see which wheel hub works good That man is amazing Salute to him and he didn’t charge anything to me Because he said payment department is already closed And merry Christmas ❤️❤️❤️
View on GoogleMost of time that I went this shop I left with disappointed. I brought 2020 Volvo shaking roughly. They told me they can’t find anything the truck and they charged me $861.89 for nothing. I can’t drive the truck from exit 142 and 136, I met a mechanic at the truck stop fortunately. He changed pedal sensor and that’s it. I’m sure they don’t even check my truck, they just rip off me. I don’t like dishonest.
