Danielle was courteous and helpful. She talked me through my reservations about bringing my car in and helped me by accepting pictures of my situation. When I arrived I was immediately seen and the technician fixed my car. No charge for services! I was so happy with my treatment. I will recommend them anytime I have a chance!

A few months ago we were the victim of a hit-and-run and our car was damaged. It was our very first time to deal with this. To make it worse, the claim agent at our insurance company was not helpful. Luckily, the whole situation felt completely different after my first call with Danielle, the Service Advisor at Stack's Auto Rebuild. Danielle took the time (more than an hour on the phone) helping me to understand the complicated insurance process and how their body shop works (with honesty and transparency), and she even helped me with very helpful suggestions on car rental arrangements. Throughout the month-long process, I had quite a few calls with Danielle; she was always patient, ready to help and guided me through the process. Besides Danielle, another superstar is Mitch, who worked closely with the technicians to assess the damage, and to help prioritize the repair within our budget, at the same time always keeping me updated on the repair progress. What a relief! I truly felt that we left our car in good hands. And when I picked up our car, the car looked great. We are very grateful to Danielle, Mitch and all the technicians behind the scenes; you all demonstrated what super customer service means. I'm very satisfied with the service I received from Stack Auto! I was rear-ended at a stoplight. My car didn't have a single scratch on it in the the 18 months I had it up until that point, so I was very upset. Stack Auto made my car whole again, and when I picked it up, it was just like it came off the showroom floor! It was not only repaired to original condition, but cleaned inside and out. Their attention to detail is amazing, and I love the fact that they use genuine parts from the manufacturer and not just generic parts like other shops do. I really felt like they treated my car as they would their own, and the end result speaks not just to the quality of their work, but in the pride they have for customer service. I hope I never have another collision, but if I do, I'm definitely going to use Stack Auto again. I highly recommend this business!

I had an amazing experience with this auto repair shop. My car was hit and they took care of the repair process for about a month from start to finish. Throughout the entire time, they called me every week to give updates, which really gave me peace of mind. When I finally got my car back, it looked like new—I was honestly impressed.
