I never post business reviews but I felt compelled to do so because I’m just so relieved. Mike of Advanced Auto Service & Repair is a Master Mechanic and is simply the BEST I’ve ever met. He’s a kind man who genuinely wants to help people solve their problem but he won’t sugar-coat anything either- he’ll give it to you straight. He’s relatable and also has a great sense of humor; just a really great dude. He goes out of his way to communicate with you about diagnostics, cost and time required for repairs in detail, ensuring that you understand what the problem is and what your options are. Mike will give you his advice but he will NEVER try to sell you on anything that’s unnecessary. He really wants to help people save money. He even called me about an hour after I left to check up on me and see how my car was performing. His business isn’t a giant, corporate, labyrinthian nightmare with a bunch of overhead so he’s easy to get a hold of and despite being relatively small in terms of labor force he manages to work quickly and efficiently. His prices are BEYOND reasonable and on multiple occasions I thought he was undercharging me but nope- he’s just THAT fair. I’m just trying to pay it forward to anyone out there who’s having trouble with their vehicle and just wants a mechanic you can trust, provides quality work and whose prices are fair.
