Corey was great, he helped make a bad situation a lot better. Helping tow my vehicle with little wait time and getting me a ride back with my car. He was insightful and made for good conversation in what to look into for alternator that went out on my vehicle. Truly a great character! Will be first choice if I ever need a service again.
View on GoogleOur car wouldn't start. We called AAA for jump start help. Soon we got a call from a gentleman notifying us he would be here in 15 min. A truck from AK Roadside showed up on time and a young man named Corey took a look at our car. After some testing, he firmly determined that our issue is the starter, not the battery. We thought we needed another call to tow our car for service. But Corey didn't give up there, he was able to get our car started with some tweak. We were so impressed that Corey was willing to go out of the way to help us. We would give Corey a big thumbs-up. Corey is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and patient, but most importantly, he is willing to go above and beyond to provide excellent service to his customers.

View on GoogleAK roadside and towing was dispatched through AAA to me when my car wouldn't start. Corey arrived promptly 10 minutes later to tow my vehicle but he thought he'd try to start it first. he tried and tried again to get it to start and finally he finessed it into starting. I was actually able to drive it home instead of it having it towed, which was a great relief to me. Corey was prompt, knowledgeable, and a Godsend. Extremely helpful. I'm so grateful that he was my tow truck driver today. I can't thank him more.

The communication from my intial call until Corey arrived was great. He was positive,friendly the whole time. Thank you Corey!!!!
