I recently ran into an issue with sludge buildup in my windshield washer fluid system on a nearly new car with only about 7,000 miles. Naturally, I was pretty concerned and reached out to my dealership for guidance. Unfortunately, they weren't able to help and I left the conversation feeling frustrated and without any real direction on what to do next. After calling around, I got in touch with Zack at Greg's Auto Shop. From the very beginning, he was willing to listen, understand the situation, and point me in the right direction. When I stopped by the shop, he took the time to explain what was likely going on and provided honest, helpful guidance without making me feel rushed or dismissed. What stood out most was the level of customer service and genuine willingness to help. It's rare to find someone who takes the time to assist you simply because they care about helping a customer and making sure they have the information they need. Based on this experience, I'll definitely be coming back to Greg's Auto Shop for future oil changes and any other automotive needs that come up. Amazing service! When no Toyota dealership could be even bothered to talk to me over the phone about my repair, Zack at Greg's was there. He was personable, helpful, and patient. It was my first time there and the lady behind the counter was very professional courteous and very knowledgeable in that field of work. We waited for our car to get done as it was for tire service. She got me in right on time and for the tech that did the service was very good too. He was quick and even noticed a safety issue with the car and brought it to my attention also at the end so I could decide what to do. Also the price for everything was way lower than Discount or Les Schwab. I am very pleased with everything and everyone and definitely recommend doing business with them and I will do so in the future if needed myself.
