Originally came to recharge my AC and that was not the problem. Did a deep search in the car with his high-tech computer, traced all the wires and found the problem. It was just a knob, which will be an easier and cheaper fix now we just gotta order the part and fix it the correct way. I’m glad he’s super truthful. I will definitely call him back. He came out of service my business vehicle now this is the kind of mechanic I need truthful that’s it.!!!!! that’s how I run my business be truthful and upfront and not trying to fix stuff that needs to be fixed if it’s not broken now this is a professional proper diagnosis of vehicle and also scan my vehicle to make sure my O2 sensor was fixed, which was also fixed

Seth charged me almost $400 for diagnostics and did not fix the issue. The check engine light came back on the very next day. After that, it took a week to reschedule a follow up. When the follow up time finally came, Seth did not show up and did not communicate, leaving me sitting outside in the cold waiting. I only heard from him about 20 minutes after the scheduled time with an excuse, and at that point I had to take the loss and cancel. Expensive, unprofessional, and a waste of time and money. Do not recommend. UPDATE: The response to my review confirms exactly what I said. I waited outside with no communication, and only after I left I received a message saying he got a ticket and was “5 minutes away.” The timeline in the reply is also incorrect. Our initial appointment was at 3:00 PM and I left before 5:00 PM, not “2.5 hours.” I was told the issue would not be a problem anymore, yet the check engine light returned the very next day after nearly $400 for less than two hours of diagnostics. Lastly, it is beyond bizarre and unprofessional for someone to respond this defensively and try to shift blame publicly instead of addressing the service. Their response speaks for itself.

The brakes on my car started making the telltale sound of an airplane landing when I put my foot on the pedal!!! I debated where I should take it and then decided to check with the mobile mechanic (Family Mobile Automotive Services ) company I called for the last issue the car had, and had perfect results with. Wasn’t sure if they could do brake work or not. Luckily, they do! I was able to get an appointment when it was convenient for me and Angie gave me a quote over the phone that sounded great!! I didn’t want to drive the car anywhere and make the problem worse, so this was a great idea AGAIN! Seth was able to get to my house two hours earlier than the appointment time so it was even better! He showed me the damage (scary to see) on the rotors on the back brakes and explained that it was best to change both and replace the pads. He even offered to pick up the correct key for my after market rims from his place when I couldn’t find mine! Anyway, after he went to get the parts and the rim key, came back and got started and figured it would take about three hours for the job. The next thing I knew, Seth was calling to let me know he was done!! We had already been quoted a great price and when Seth saw the Marine Corps sticker on my husband’s truck, he offered a veteran’s discount!! Very thoughtful and touching… Suffice it to say, I will continue to recommend this phenomenal family owned business to everyone who mentions their car troubles to me !!! The next project Seth will be tackling at my house is an issue with the husband’s sadly neglected truck!!! I have no doubt that the repairs will be made just as quickly and efficiently as the ones on the car!! Seth arrived at my home in Lynnwood within a few hours, diagnosed the issue fast, sourced the parts right away, and had the radiator, thermostat, and hoses replaced in just 3 hours right in my driveway. He was personable, took the time to educate me about my truck and what caused the problem, and even offered to drive me to work as a courtesy (I politely declined and took the day off). That's the kind of genuine, customer-first service you rarely get—from both Seth and his wife. Professional, efficient, fair pricing, and a total lifesaver. Highly recommend!

Seth was really good. I called and got a really quick appointment. After job was done, we found out the part he got was defective. Called back, he came back right away and fixed it. Great service and will recommend.
