What really impressed me was how mindful they were about helping reduce costs where possible— their estimate came in over $2,000 less than another auto body shop I had quoted. The quality of the work is exceptional. The paint match, panel alignment, and overall body work are flawless. When I picked up my car, it honestly looked brand new. My car was involved in an accident and ultimately deemed a total loss. During a very stressful time, I called BMW Northwest, and without hesitation they recommended Elite Auto Body. I called and was connected with Missy, and I cannot say enough good things about her. From the very first conversation, she genuinely cared and went above and beyond to help me navigate the insurance process. Even though she knew my vehicle was totaled and would need to be sent directly to my insurance company’s total loss center—meaning Elite Auto Body would receive no financial benefit from helping me—she still took the time to guide me every step of the way. Missy was knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, and incredibly helpful when I needed it most. It’s rare to find someone who puts people ahead of business, and her professionalism and kindness made a difficult situation much easier to handle. I needed up having my totalled car to their shop so I can remove aftermarket custom parts off of the car. When I arrived Missy was available and also had Michael (shop adjuster) to provide support. It was getting late so she told me not to worry, they will try to get all the parts removed for me. From the moment I walked in and talked to Amanda at front desk and every member during the process, I can tell the owner has created a amazing caring culture at the shop. Highly recommend this shop for all your Auto Body needs and more. Great locally owned business! I found out the owner treats them for free lunch every Friday! Who does that anymore!

We had multiple deep scratches on our Mercedes Van from a hit and run. They made it look like new. We also had deep scratching on my Porsche from a garage door accident. They made it look like new. Not only did the do great work, it was completed on time or ahead of schedule. I Can't say enough good things about my experience. Thank you Missy and your talented team for taking such great care of us.

The staff is extremely hospitable, great care for the vehicle as well. Took my 2022 BMW M3 for some paint work, and they took care of the problem.

First time visit. 03/05/2026 Tesla of Lynnwood recommendation for scratches in my 2026 Model Y Juniper RT Rear Pass door. No appointment just a walk-in customer. I was almost immediate warmly greeted by Amanda and Missy. After discussing my concern, I was introduced to Cole a body specialist. Within 10 minutes my vehicle was taken into the shop. It took less than 15 minutes to polish out several the scratches. World-class customer service. Everyone was fantastic. I highly recommend ELITE AUTO BODY for your vehicle body repair.
