Bret’s Auto Repair is truly a five‑star shop. Honestly, I wish I could give them more. They are the first place I go anytime my car needs attention. I have followed George to three different shops over the years because he is exceptional: kind, honest, and incredibly good at explaining what’s going on with my car in a way that actually makes sense. I like to keep my cars for 15+ years, and George is a huge reason I’m able to do that. I recommend Bret’s Auto Repair to all of my friends. They’re upfront, communicative, and genuinely committed to taking great care of both you and your car.

I truly don’t know how to put my Experience in words. After dealing with a local shop, Buckys, who literally wasted my time and my money then sent me on my way saying they didn’t know what the problem was 🤔🤨 I called multiple places and attempted to Explain what my Odyssey was doing. It was an obvious electrical issue and a sensor issue. Bret’s was the only place that immediately said just bring it in and we could figure it out . they were so kind to me as I was in tears. Not only did they fix my car and explained everything step-by-step on a confusing job they made me feel like I wasn’t stupid. I am a single mom and I didn’t feel like they were trying to get over on me or charge me for services that I didn’t need. They went in depth with everything. The appreciation and gratitude I feel is deep and they have a lifelong customer with me. Skip the cheap shop in town and go directly here. And I mean directly lol.

My family and I have always been treated so well here at Brett’s. We’ve been loyal customers for over 10 years. I’ve personally moved a couple cities away, and still happily make the commute to Brett’s for any maintenance or repairs. Recent ownership changes may seem intimidating but their team has stayed consistent and strong. They’re communicative and trustworthy and have never gave me a reason to think or feel otherwise. I hope to continue another 10 years of service here at Brett’s Auto Repair.

Bret's Auto Repair exceded our expectations and beyond. We are so happy to have taken a chance to try out this local mechanic business instead of our dealership for our car emergency. After having our Outback towed to their shop, George helped us throughout the entire process of diagnosing the problem and communicating with us every step of the way. We were shocked to hear from this team that our recent service visit to our dealership did not address our car issue, and charged us a huge premium to have other aspects of the car fixed. Bret's Auto Repair team clearly stated the main issues with the car, and were very transparent about the costs. We were already pleased with this experience. The following day after taking our car home, we encountered another issue that was unrelated to our previous issue that their team fixed. We contacted Bret''s Auto Repair team again and they were extremely accomodating, offering to check out the car again, and finding that there was another issue related to the battery that the dealership did not address at the last service. They then kept our car to work on it, and charged us extremely fair for our troubles. We couldn't be more thankful for Bret's Auto Repair for providing the best care for our vehicle and customer service. I'd advise anyone to check out Bret's Auto Repair for any issues regarding their Subarus before going to their dealership! They will be upfront and transparent, as well as communicate with you the whole way through!
