Ivan at Bimtech PNW is awesome, I highly recommend this shop. Ivan and his staff have helped my husband and I with some big projects on our BMWs. He did an outstanding job on a full engine replacement in my husband’s F80, and more recently has been helping diagnose and sort out issues on my ‘21 X5M. What stands out most is how honest, timely, and knowledgeable he is. He explains things clearly without talking down to you, gives realistic timelines, and truly seems to care about doing the job right. His communication is great, quick responses and updates throughout. On top of that, he’s just a kind and funny guy who makes dealing with car problems way less stressful. Bimtech PNW has been my most trusted resource for customizing and maintaining my 2020 Toyota GR Supra for years and I can’t recommend them enough. Ivan and his crew here at Bimtech are the best of the best in my opinion. I live in Tacoma and I personally don’t trust any shops in my area so after reading through the forums. BIMTECH was my only trustworthy choice. The job I needed done was to replace my rod bearings and motor mounts on my 2011 BMW e90 m3 s65 motor as a preventative measure. I purchased all of the parts myself online and had it all ready for them in my trunk and only had them do the labor for me. I dropped the car off first thing in the morning and the job was done the same day! Now I have that piece of mind. Thank you again guys! Straight forward business is the best form of business. Ivan and his team are the best in the northwest to bring your BMW. Their attention to detail is second to none. Communication is responsive and detailed. Precision craftsmanship speaks within their passion for BMW’s. Their prices reflect their quality. Really pleasant, easy, down to earth experience getting some go fast parts I was too scared to do myself put onto the car. I showed up with four small projects on my g87 m2 (valve controller, reflector delete, air filters, and yellow drl) and they had them done in under three hours while I waited and spent a surprising amount of time with me just talking about future plans and ideas. Price was very competitive work was performed flawlessly. Already planning next projects to tackle with them. Worth the drive from Tacoma.
