I had an amazing experience with Tire Nation and I did an thermostat replacement! Jonny is a fantastic and welcoming owner. When providing the initial quote, there was a small mistake, but Jonny honored the original price without hesitation, which shows incredible integrity. The repair work itself was top-notch—they replaced the necessary parts and strictly followed the testing procedures to ensure everything was done right. Later on, I noticed a minor issue and brought the car back. Josh and another colleague greeted me warmly, diagnosed the issue quickly, and fixed it on the spot with no hassle. This is an very reliable shop with fair and honest pricing. I highly recommend them to anyone in the area, and they will definitely be my go-to shop for any future car needs!

So this happened (see picture) first thing in the morning on my way to work. Luckily it was only a few driveways away from Tire Nation where my blowout occured. I was assuming I'd be having a terrible day, having this incident set that kind of tone, but to my pleasant surprise my day went super positive and smooth after such reassuring and helpful, efficient service by Jonny and Jason. Not only were they able to special order me the required tire within a few short hours and have it installed all within the same day, but they offered AND actually gave me a courtesy ride to work, keeping me only a minor 20 mins late! (instead of what I assumed would end up an hour or more!) That was an amazing first impression for me from a newer business, and I've already recommended them to multiple people in the 5 days since my service. Let's keep smaller shops like this sucessful and in business for the long haul, places that go out of their way to give a great customer experience.

Johnny help me with my oil change even though he was busy he managed to get me in because I needed to get it done. I will come here now for any auto repairs that I need because I trust him and I think I am right about that. Check my Honda out. Very good. So I feel safer on the road and won't have to have as many repairs.
