I took my 22 Outback here for repair of my hatch latch and the service was 5 star all around. They diagnosed the problem, got the replacement actuator and installed it all within the same day so I could take the car home same day I dropped it in, for a not completely trivial repair. Curtis, my service rep, kept me posted and communicated well. He did check with Subaru if the part was in warranty on my behalf as well. The price for labor was reasonable too. Honestly I can't find a single fault with their service, will bring my Outback here again in the future if I have any problems with it.

I purchased a used Tundra with unknown maintenance history. I took it to AWD for evaluation and to get any needed maintenance done. Service Rep Paul handled my case and was both extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He provided effective guidance to properly manage my disorganized request. With the results in hand I was able to select options to have the vehicle appropriately serviced. The crew was able to turn my vehicle around within 24 hrs due to their efficient processes. I was kept informed all along the way. They have a low-cost option for a substitute vehicle for larger jobs, which I took advantage of. There were no surprises and everything worked out perfectly, including pick-up once the job was done. I do not hesitate to recommend AWD for Toyota and Subaru vehicles (which I also have). Thank you!

I’ve had great service at AWD. Pricing is clear and very reasonable. You literally must approve the exact quoted price before they do your service! What makes them stand out is their honest expertise. The conversations I’ve had with them have helped me understand the rationale for maintenance decisions, as well as when I might defer a maintenance, given that I don’t plan to own my car forever.

Sadly, they’ve lost our trust. Took our 2017 Subaru in for 60k service. They recommended we replace the battery too. Took battery back to Costco, they said it’s fine…. Ha. Hoping a phone call can take care of this. Extra $240 later… otherwise, brakes are good 🤦

Additionally, he was very transparent in the work they were recommending, even showing me pictures of the worn out items they identified.
