Jeff and Keith at Automedics were awesome! They quickly assessed our list of issues for our 2004 GMC truck and diagnosed the problem. Instead of overcharging for every recommended time charge like dealerships, they kept the cost down and charged us closer to the time it took to troubleshoot. Everything was taken care of professionally and quickly. Follow up was great and we will be using them for all our non-warranty needs from now on.
View on GoogleAutomedics continue to be a great mechanic to work with for 2009 silverado. They are resourceful and very knowledgeable about how to diagnose and fix my pickup. The best thing is that they're pretty quick to turnaround and straightforward. Highly recommended.
View on GoogleI had the strangest experience with a car service at Automedics today. They didn't give me a quote before hand and only gave me that half an hour after I have dropped it off. The quote was $500+ which was more than double which I have paid for the same service at other places (Honda Civic 2014 A12 service code). When I asked not to proceed they offered to come to a mid point and offered to do the service for $250 without tire rotation. Given I have already taken a day off for the car service I went ahead. But this overall experience has left a bad taste and I am not sure whether this is a one off behavior given other high ratings here. On the other hand, I am not sure whether these ratings here are somehow manipulated.

Spoke with Jeff, who listened to my initial diagnostic attempts and gave me a very accurate estimate for the work needed to repair. Jeff was able to fit us in the very next morning, and the repair was completed within 3 hours. I highly recommend AutoMedics!! Thank you Jeff and Keith for providing an excellent auto repair center!!
