I recently had a brake fluid exchange done at this shop, and I’m very happy with the service. The staff were professional .The service was completed efficiently, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Excellent customer service, honest communication, and quality work. I highly recommend this shop and will definitely return for future vehicle maintenance.
View on GoogleEngine light came on during the day. After work I went to a different auto shop that couldn’t get me seen and had horrible customer service. Called Apex an hour before they closed to see if they could get me in and they agreed. Got there 40 minutes before they closed. They quickly got my car through diagnostics and stayed past close to fix. The customer service here was great:) thank you for helping! Was only there for about an hour from start to finish.
View on GoogleI had such a great experience here. I came in because my steering wheel was making a loud rattling noise over bumps and clicking when I turned it. They quickly diagnosed it as a steering coupler issue and got it fixed way faster than I expected. The whole process was smooth and quick. They were incredibly kind, honest, and took really good care of me. They even worked with me on the price, which I really appreciated. It felt very fair, especially for the quality and speed of the work. Huge shoutout to Sam for the amazing customer service, he was super helpful and made everything feel easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find mechanics you can trust, but this is definitely one of those places. Wonderful team at Apex, I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending them to others.
