This review is long overdue! I wanted to give a shout-out to Nasreen Barak and Brian King in the service department at Rairdon's Alfa Romeo, Maserati & Fiat of Kirkland. I came in after the rubber guard under my front bumper had been partially torn off. Nasreen helpfully squeezed me in, and Brian fixed it up completely free of charge — totally unexpected and very much appreciated. In my visits since purchasing my used Fiat 500e, this service department has been great. I always leave feeling well taken care of. Highly recommend.

I've been bringing my Alfa Romeo to Alfa Romeo of Kirkland for service for the past six years, and the experience has consistently been excellent. My car has only needed regular maintenance, and it's run flawlessly. On my most recent visit, they performed a thorough multipoint inspection and found a small radiator leak I hadn’t noticed. Nasreen, my go-to service advisor, contacted me right away, explained the issue clearly, and even discovered I had extended coverage that would cover the repair. Nasreen has been my point of contact for years, always professional, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this team!

The service and interaction with Steve was was excellent. His updates with detailed explanations throughout the warranty and recall service on my 2024 Stelvio was professional and knowledgeable. He also had his tech do a couple other tests for me. A Very friendly and cordial person. I will definitely be bringing my car back in for any work needed and be using Steve as my advisor.
