The M Shop is truly exceptional. They recently changed my wheels and repaired my tires, and once again reminded me why I’ve trusted them for years. They are honest, transparent, ethical, and their prices are very reasonable. I always feel comfortable with their work and trust their recommendations completely. If you have a higher end car and need work on suspension, brakes, wheels, tires, exhaust, or anything else, this is the best shop in the area. I have worked with Pete for over 10 years, and he is incredibly knowledgeable and dependable. Zeyu is amazing as well, with excellent customer service and attention to detail. Couldn’t recommend The M Shop more highly. Five stars all the way.

I had an excellent experience at mShop Auto Service. Li, the owner, is incredibly professional, honest, and knowledgeable. From the moment I arrived, I felt that my car was in good hands. Everything was clearly explained, there were no unnecessary upsells. It’s rare to find an auto shop you can truly trust, and mShop is definitely one of them. Highly recommend Li and his team to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality auto service.

I have taken both of my cars to Li and he always has the best price and a quick turnaround. He always made sure to answer any questions that I have as well. I plan on returning if any other issues arise with my cars.

Great experience working with this shop. They had me come in first to make sure my Sprinter 170 fit on their alignment rack (it did), took a thorough look at the vehicle and then spent almost an hour under the van with me talking through the issues and work. The shop is clean and well equipped. The quote they gave me was fair and they reduced labor hours where jobs overlapped, e.g. billing only .8hr for the rear shocks replacement instead of 2.4hr as they were already in the area working on the parking brakes. The work Pete and Li did was top quality and their communication was detailed and timely. It was definitely a breath of fresh air to be working with folks who care about their business and customers, and I will definitely be back the next time my vehicle needs service or repair.

I was looking for a tire shop to replace all four tires on my car. I went online and mShop was one of the three that my friends recommended. I had already read about them and saw that they were one of the higher rated shops nearby. I ordered my tires from Tire Rack and they delivered them to mShop. Came in and Pete and Li were welcoming, professional and very knowledgeable. Unknown to me, the wheel lock nut remover was not in the car. Pete explained the situation and the options to me and I said that I was okay with him removing the lock nut without the remover. While this was going on, Li was on the phone ordering replacements. The whole experience was very smooth, trouble-free and a learning experience. These guys know their stuff and they go out of their way to make sure that you are comfortable with what they are doing. I totally recommend them to anyone wanting their tires replaced, serviced, or repaired. To top it all off, they are very reasonably priced and have a nice sitting area where you can work if you need to.
