I was rear-ended and sustained damage to my rear bumper, exhaust system, liftgate, and rear suspension. They provided an estimate immediately and were incredibly patient while I worked through the process with both the at-fault party’s insurance and my own insurance company to secure approval. Throughout the entire process, the communication and support were outstanding. The quality of the repairs exceeded my expectations. All damaged components were replaced with OEM parts, the paint match was flawless, and everything was restored to factory condition. A special thank you to Tim, Katie, and Katelyn for their professionalism, responsiveness, and genuine care from start to finish. When I picked up my vehicle, it looked brand new, freshly washed and beautifully detailed inside and out. That extra level of attention truly made a difference. Very smooth insurance work by Mcleod. Special thanks to Katie and Tim for communicating with the insurance and updating on the process. Transparent and no hidden gatchas. The car has PPF on and they were able to inform the insurance and get proper coverage on it. One of the corners was way off alignment and they went above and beyond to redo alignment within the claim work. I am very pleased with the work being done and how Mcleod treat its clients. View on GoogleHad a bumper scrape that I needed to get repaired. Competitive pricing, easy to get estimates and pickup/ drop off car, friendly and helpful staff. They also work directly with 3rd parties for payments outside of insurance which was super helpful. Car looks as good as new where they repainted and they even cleaned the car inside and out before pickup! That was totally unexpected and appreciated. I highly recommend this place for autobody repair.
