Nick is communicative, knowledgeable, professional, and actually follows through on what he says he’s going to do. The team was a pleasure to work with, and you can tell they genuinely enjoy what they do and working with people. The whole space, including the waiting room, was very clean. Only small thing is the waiting area is too quiet. Some background music or a working TV would make it feel a bit more comfortable. Thanks!

Took my car here after buying it about 9 months ago. I had received an email when I bought my car stating that my first two services were complimentary. They said that despite me receiving the email, I actually didn't qualify for that. 2 stars because they did a fine job on their overpriced oil change, and that's about it!

After 7 years of positive experiences here, my recent visit was very disappointing. I dropped my car off for regular service and specifically reported a persistent acceleration noise. I eventually approved a approx $1,000 quote for several repairs, under the impression that my primary concern was being addressed. When I picked up the car, I was told they couldn't find the noise and that I’d need to schedule a separate one-hour consultation to drive with a technician just to diagnose it. I’m frustrated that this wasn't handled during the entire day they had my vehicle, especially since the noise was still clearly audible before I even left their parking lot. It felt like a lack of attention to the specific issue I came in for.

Update: The service manager, Robert, reached out and took over the repair management. He was very communicative and provided updates a few times each week on where they were and how the repair was evolving. The estimated it would take 2 weeks, but turned into 6 weeks. I just got the car back, and while 80% of the issues have been addressed, there are still a few items that are non-conforming. I do appreciate the good faith effort, and when schedule permits, bring my car back to see if they can resolve the last items. OLD: I would go to a different service dealership than the one at kirkland. I brought my CPO Mazda for warranty service and what was supposed to be a week repair turned into a month and a week to repair. Spoiler alert, they didn't fix anything, all the same issues are there. Johnny was my service manager and he did not communicate any updates. I called weekly to see what was going on as the service manager kept pushing back the date. Each time it was for a different piece. Despite his promise to get back to me, he didn't keep his word and ignored me again and again. I was fed up with the indifference. You would think the technician would test the car to see if the issues were resolved, but no-- it feels even worse now. If this were my business, I would be appalled. This experience was an absolute ZERO.
