I came in for a simple tire rotation and auto repair , but the service I received left me feeling unwelcome and treated like an outsider. The employee’s attitude toward me felt dismissive and noticeably different from how other customers were treated. The young dude was utterly racist. It was an uncomfortable experience that made me question whether bias played a role. Regardless of the reason, every customer deserves to be treated with respect and professionalism. I won’t be returning and hope the business works to improve how it treats all customers.

I came here after hitting a curb — my steering wheel was off-center and I needed an alignment. They performed the alignment and charged me for it, but the steering wheel was still crooked afterward. I then took my car to the Mercedes dealership for an inspection. Their master technician told me directly: the shop should never have performed the alignment in the first place. There was visible damage to the tie rod, steering rack, and wheel bearing — damage that any competent technician would have seen the moment the car was put on an alignment rack. Here's the thing: an alignment cannot hold or function correctly when the underlying components are damaged. With a bent tie rod, a compromised steering rack, and a bad wheel bearing, the alignment settings will be inaccurate from the start — or revert immediately once you drive. This shop either didn't know that, or knew it and did the alignment anyway to collect payment. Neither is acceptable. Instead of being honest about the damage and referring me to a proper repair facility, they charged me for a service that was completely ineffective and a total waste of money. If your car has been in any kind of impact, do not bring it here. They will perform services they know cannot fix your problem just to take your money.

I’ve been there twice, both times for a simple tire patch - Both times tried a bait and switch. They advertise cheap tire patches for nails, but when you come in they say you need new tires, and won’t offer the service. Total bullshit, don’t go here - literally go anywhere else. All times the other shop I asked happily plugged. I’m good to go now, but no thanks to these swindlers.

Came here multiple times for wheel balancing and had a very frustrating experience. I’ve been to this shop about 5–6 times over the past six months. Every time there was some issue — either the balancing machine “wasn’t working,” no technician available, or I was told to come back another day. The last time they balanced my wheel, the vibration actually got worse than before. The car now shakes at low speeds and becomes even worse around 60 mph. When I returned to explain the problem, I didn’t get a clear solution — just more delays. I don’t mind waiting or paying, but I expect the job to be done correctly and consistently. Right now it feels unreliable and unprofessional. Would not recommend if you need proper wheel balancing or dependable service.

These guys are amazing! Had a slow leak in a tire that was driving me nuts. I did a walk-in and it was ready sooner than they estimated. The cost was lower than expected, esp. as I had priced this around. On a previous visit, they fixed my wife's tire for much less than the dealer was quoting, and she too was out the door in under an hour (no appointment). For sure will recommend and go back. These guys rock!
