I had a great experience here the last weekend. My car service ended up taking a bit longer than expected, which was stressful since the shop is closed on Sundays and I had a big commitment the next morning. Josh Johnson and his colleague stayed late specifically to make sure I got into a free rental car so I wouldn't be stranded. I really appreciate them going the extra mile to help me out—it's rare to see that kind of dedication. Definitely recommend this team!

I had an excellent experience with Roxie in the Honda Service Department. I came in with a tire issue on what was clearly a very busy day, and despite how hectic things were, Roxie remained calm, professional, and incredibly kind throughout the entire process. She not only helped put my mind at ease, but she also went above and beyond to make sure the problem was properly diagnosed and resolved. Instead of just addressing the immediate issue, she took the time to ensure the team identified the root cause so it wouldn't become a recurring problem. I truly appreciated her attention to detail, dedication, and genuine care for her customers. It's rare to find someone who combines technical thoroughness with such outstanding customer service. Kudos to Mike W. and Joe Davis in Service for sorting out a warranty repair (torn CV boot on new Odyssey with 4K miles). The problem was diagnosed at a small shop around the corner who referred me back to the dealership. Mike ordered the parts the day I called about the problem and Joe met me when I went in for my appointment a few days later. The repair was done in half a day and I was back on the road in time for a road trip this weekend. I've been with Honda of Kirkland since 2003 or 2004 when I purchased a Honda Element (then a Ridgeline, and now an Odyssey). Absolutely nothing is cheap in the Seattle area. I feel very fortunate to have two local quality shops (one the dealer, one private) for my vehicles. Anxiously waiting for a hybrid Ridgeline, AWD hybrid Odyssey, or "stretch" Element.

The mechanics and supervisor will lie to your face about what services were done to the car. Took in my accord for the fuel pump recall and they told me I needed some other stuff done and charged me for it. Told me they also filled up all the fluids. They didn't expect me to pop the hood and actually check all the fluids. None of the fluids had been filled up. The oil they said they changed didn't look any cleaner than when I dropped the car off.

I had a truly excellent experience this time at Honda of Kirkland. I brought my Honda Prologue in for service due to CV axle (driveshaft) noise, and Josh, my service advisor, was outstanding, extremely professional, detail-oriented, responsive, and efficient. I had previously brought my car in for the same issue, which took several days and wasn’t fully resolved. This time, Josh handled everything and had the issue addressed within one day, with great follow-up and clear communication throughout the entire process. From drop-off to pick-up, he kept me informed and made the whole experience completely stress-free. His professionalism and care genuinely restored my confidence in both Honda and this service center. I really appreciate his help and highly recommend working with him.
