I recently brought my Toyota RAV4 to this shop to replace the blower motor resistor. The repair was completed, but immediately afterward the fan began making a noticeable ticking noise — something that was not present before the service. The sound seems rotational, as if debris or a loose screw may have fallen into the blower housing during the repair. I returned to the shop right away to have it inspected. Unfortunately, the service advisor dismissed my concern, stating it was “normal fan noise,” and walked away without offering to re-check the work. I expected a professional inspection when a new issue appeared immediately after a repair, so this lack of accountability was very disappointing. Additionally, I was originally charged $70 to replace a fused headlight bulb — a cost that seems excessive for such a simple job. After questioning the charge, it was reduced to $35. While I paid the revised amount, this experience highlights the importance of carefully reviewing your bill before making payment. Overall, I was disappointed with both the workmanship and the customer service, and I would caution others to be vigilant when dealing with this shop. Edit: I do want to mention that Kurt was very respectful throughout the interaction and came across as hardworking and honest. It’s genuinely a shame that I’m having to write a negative review, because my frustration is with how the situation was handled, not with him personally.

Took my car here for work previously a couple years ago and had no problems, called today and was interrupted mid conversation and told to stop talking and that he was on his lunch break. He said he’d call me back but never did. Jays auto next door is way more friendly and willing to help.
View on GoogleOne of my car tires went low on its air pressure very quickly despite filling it to the recommended pressure psi. I suspected a tire puncture. I went to a different service center on the day before coming here but they asked me to leave the car with them for the day. I didn’t take them up on that and came to Harvey’s. Only 2 or 3 people were working on Saturday yet they took my car and fixed the puncture immediately. It was all done within 20 mins or so. They have a waiting room with a couch where I could just chill until they were done fixing my tire. My only displeasure is they could have told me about the extra charge that I would incur by paying with my card ahead of time which I could have avoided by paying them with cash. However, that isn't enough to deprive them of a star.
