5 Star Service from the team there all the time. Work is always done well and professionally and their communications are frequent and clear. This particular service had a curve ball thrown in due to the weather and the loss of power and George navigated it like a pro and got me flawlessly taken care of the very next day. I’ll be back.

I’ve taken my truck to Ford if Kirkland for 3 oil changes. Each time the service has been good including this last time. Troy listened to my concerns and communicated with me well from start to finish. I plan to continue to use Ford for Kirkland for my truck servicing.

I recently brought my 2023 Bronco into Kirkland Ford for its 20,000-mile service and had a great experience from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment online was simple and convenient. When I arrived, the drop-off process was quick and efficient, and the same was true when I came back to pick up the vehicle—no waiting around. The team kept my Bronco for an additional day so they could also address a couple of recall items, which I appreciated since it saved me from having to schedule another visit later. The turnaround was still very quick, and everything was completed smoothly. Jason handled my service and did a great job keeping things straightforward and hassle-free. I also enjoyed talking with some of the staff and learning about their military backgrounds—it was great to see several veterans on the team. Overall, I’m very happy with the service, the professionalism, and the efficiency. I’d definitely recommend Kirkland Ford to anyone looking for reliable and well-run service for their vehicle.

He explained everything clearly, gave detailed repair options & quotes, and teamed up with his manager to push Ford for goodwill coverage (just past PremiumCARE, low miles). Super knowledgeable and helpful—definitely ask for George! UPDATE 3/20/26: Dan, the service manager, did an amazing job securing goodwill coverage from Ford of Kirkland Service! My transfer case (PTU) was replaced today, and everything is running perfectly now. I'm a happy customer and really appreciate Ford of Kirkland backing up their vehicles with this kind of support. Thanks to the whole team—highly recommend!
