I was scheduled for a roadtrip in my AMG C43 and started getting brake pad warnings. Even though I’d never been to Eastside European before, Shane had me drive out to the shop so he could verify; which he did in the parking lot. I left the car expecting to get it back late the next day assuming Mercedes even had the parts. By 5pm the same day I got a message that it was ready. Needless to say I’m very impressed with the shop’s performance on all planes. Thanks Shane. I’ll be back for all my Mercedes services.

I am so happy with the service. Eastside European Auto are the best. They carefully inspected my Mercedes SL500, knew where they have problems, made a list or things that have to be fixed urgently and recommended others to push out to a later time. They replaced motormounts, vent cover gaskets, spark plugs, changed oil and filters, transmission fluid, brake fluid, and a bunch other small parts. The car drives like a dream and I am sure I paid a lot less than at a Mercedes Dealership. Gave me a bunch discounts too. Got it back in 3 days. Trust me, you should check them out.
