Doug’s Auto Tune has a winning team - across the board - and we’re so lucky we chose them to provide urgent repairs to our car, initially based only on their top-level online reviews. I later found them to be one of the most responsive, flexible, and fair auto repair companies we have ever used in decades of owning (and occasionally requiring repair on) several different vehicles. We highly recommend them for anyone requiring auto repairs. After the tow truck dropped off our ‘wounded’ car at Doug’s late Saturday afternoon after an on-freeway charging process failure and ultimately mass–system breakdown, I followed up with a phone conversation Monday morning. Josh was extremely friendly, informative, and understanding as we talked through what may have occurred with my vehicle and shaped the ‘repair solution’ going forward. Even though they were clearly operating beyond full capacity (as they likely always do, given their great reputation), the team at Doug’s fixed my car expertly and expeditiously, and I was able to pick it up, completely repaired, problem solved, a few days later. When you find a company that not only does professional, fairly priced, and timely work, but also employs outstanding leaders on its team and delivers a positive customer experience - especially after a potentially dangerous incident - you know how fortunate you are, and you don’t forget it. Tony is an amazing expert on Honda. My Honda Odyssey van had loud engine noise. He was able to pinpoint the root cause on the time belt. Replaced it and the engine is as quiet as a church mouse! He was very friendly and had a great customer service attitude. The price was reasonable. I will bring my cars for their service for sure.

Sorry for the odd username! I tried to switch it, but it didn't cooperate. I have gone to Doug's a few times since it was recommended to me, and they have been courteous and knowledgeable, and get repairs done quicklyeach time. However, this latest time, they went above and beyond. I took my car in this week for what I thought was just a coolant leak, but turned out to be a cascade of problems with my old car all coming up at once, and I could not get them all fixed. (Economy's tight, you know?) I had intended to just drive my car home and then decide what to do with it, but with the issues it still had, it didn't make it out of the parking lot. Josh at the front desk helped me find a tow truck/ride home and was very reassuring and helpful the whole way. It means more than people may know to have someone helpful and friendly in the midst of a bad week. Thanks a lot, guys. I will definitely be back.

I was recommended Doug's for my regular oil change and tire rotation by a friend when I moved to Washington in 2019 and have continued to go there ever since, even recommending them to other friends. Josh and the team and Doug's are nothing but kind and helpful. I've never felt like I was being taken advantage of or overcharged. They always let us know after our appointments when there may be things like new tires or brakes that we have to consider in the coming months, so we always know what to expect. Not only that, but when my husband's clutch went out last year, the first thing we did was call Doug's and, even though that isn't within their remit, they gave us a great recommendation for who we could have our car towed to for the repair. We moved from Kirkland to Seattle in 2020, but continue to drive over the bridge and drop our cars off for each service appointment because we like them and their service that much!

This was my first visit to Doug's to fix an oil leak in my engine. My experience with Josh from the first phone call to schedule an appointment to the pick up was superb! I even received a proper tutorial at the end on how to monitor the oil level. I hope I don't have to be back, but if I do, Doug's will be my first choice. I also love the location - walking distance to a car rental place.
