Fixed our bumper up!! We needed some serious help without a full replacement and they delivered. Dropped off one day picked up the next since it was late in the day.

Slandered my name. They forced intimidation, to hold things off on repairs longer than needed. Not to count irregular conversations to my insurance, and deceitful LIES. Run down shop, after I was 10 years a loyal customer. RIP ⸻ 11/17/25 I’m updating my experience with Collision Masters @ Kirkland, including the front desk staff, after their team misplaced or lost the key fob to my vehicle. This was with-held and undisclosed info, and now it is a completely unresponsive and dismissive situation. I’ve since documented the situation with the city authorities because I still haven’t received any clarity or resolution. I genuinely don’t understand why they refuse to return or replace the key fob they lost. This has been an extremely frustrating and super avoidable situation. Please, if you need transparency and honest customer service, beware of doing work on any of your vehicles with this location.

Excellent customer service! They kept me informed throughout the process of getting my truck repaired. My truck looked good as new when they were done, and the repaired area still looks great 7 years later. UPDATE: I recently got hit while sitting at a stop sign. Took my truck back to Collision Masters and they did an AWESOME job repairing it!! Outstanding customer service again and highest quality workmanship. Highly recommend Collision Masters. I'm very pleased with the service we received from Collision Masters in Kirkland. Early last month, the "shark fin" antenna on our new car got dislodged by a collision with a garage door. Collision Masters determined that it had to be replaced, but the part wouldn't be available until this month. Because of the risk of leaks, they taped a cover over it to keep the water out until it could be fixed. When the part arrived, they set to work to replace it. Unfortunately, the accident had bent the bracket the antenna is mounted on, and it appeared that the moonroof through which the antenna is mounted would have to be removed. The auto glass company they consulted with told them that the moonroof couldn't be reinstalled after being removed, requiring a new moonroof. Collision Masters then took the extra effort to repair the mounting bracket with the moonroof in place, saving us several thousand dollars. I appreciate that Collision Masters worked to save us money, even though they probably could have made more money by taking the easier route. Should we need more body work for our car, we'll definitely take it back to Collision Masters in Kirkland.

I brought my beautiful $100k car to this shop at the recommendation of my dealership to have a piece on my bumper cover replaced. It was an easy enough job, but they botched the repair (see attached pics) and denied any wrongdoing. On the bumper cover, under the trim piece they replaced, there was some kind of white flakiness. It looks like it might be glue or clear coat or possibly damage to the bumper cover plastic itself. I haven't found out what it is yet because they refused to make it right. There are also some scratches on the bumper cover next to one of the headlamps. They gave me half the old trim piece back (sawed in half) and showed me a pic of my bumper cover before their work that just showed a white reflection in the affected area. These "exhibits" were their proof of no wrongdoing. If you're going to lie to my face, at least be good at it. I will be taking them to court per my lawyer's recommendation. I had other problems besides this. They used the wrong/generic fasteners but charged me for OEM parts. For those who are unfamiliar, OEM fasteners are very expensive. For my car, some pop rivets cost upwards of $15 each. This job called for the replacement of many of them. I found a pop rivet under the hood that appeared to have fallen out because it wasn't installed correctly. There are gouge marks nearly everywhere where they had to remove fasteners. And the thing that really pissed me off was the giant glob of hardened body filler they left on the door sill. When I told one of the ladies who works there (Bedina), she said (with a foul attitude) my car was like that when I brought it in. Really? I brought my $100k car into you with body filler stuck on it? Give me a break. They reluctantly "cleaned" it off, leaving behind a white stain and scratches that my detailer was fortunately able to remove. I will be having a body shop that my lawyer works with address the issues above and document any other hidden problems or damages. I'm astounded that Collision Masters are ok with such shoddy workmanship, especially on such an expensive car, and treating their customers like absolute dirt when there is a problem. If a customer has a valid complaint about your work, you do not give them attitude, or instantly deny any and all wrongdoing. You listen, be polite, and take accountability. I was very patient and polite throughout the whole ordeal, but they couldn't even extend the same courtesy. I will be sharing this experience with the general manager of my dealership so no one else has to waste their time or money here. See you in court, CM.
