Classic Collision

I selected this body shop because it was recommended through my insurance company. While the repair work itself may have been acceptable, the customer service and follow-through after the repair were extremely disappointing. I was originally told my vehicle would be ready in about two weeks, but the repair was delayed by an additional five days. Because of that delay, I incurred extra rental car charges. The body shop acknowledged responsibility and told me they would reimburse the rental company directly for those additional days. However, according to the rental company, they spent about a month repeatedly contacting the body shop for updates and payment status without resolution. Eventually, the rental charges were billed to me personally. Over the past three months, I have contacted the body shop(David and the manager Brian) multiple times trying to resolve this issue. Each time I was told it had been escalated or was being handled by a higher office, but nothing was actually resolved. I waited before posting this review because I wanted to give them a fair opportunity to make things right. Unfortunately, after months of delays and repeated follow-ups, the issue still remains unresolved. My concern is less about the delay itself and more about the lack of honesty, accountability, and timely communication afterward. Customers should not have to spend months chasing reimbursement for a commitment that was already acknowledged by the business.

Phenomenal experience from start to finish with both my truck and my wife’s Subaru (a few months ago). Really hope we don’t see them again soon, but will be back for any and all future issues related to our vehicles. Highly recommend 👍

I just just got charmed. I went to Classic Collision for an estimate on my bumper/side panel issue. Devin Alexander looked at the side panel and concluded I only needed a fix that would take 5 mins. Perfect. Five minutes later, he came back. Cost? No charge. Unbelievable! Devin was honest, efficient and very nice. That was my first time trying Classic Collision. Highly recommend.

Here's a polished version that is strong, factual, and credible for a review or complaint: This shop not only failed to properly repair my vehicle after a fender bender, but also incorrectly installed and soldered components related to the side lights, which ultimately caused significant water intrusion into my trunk. It took nearly a year to identify the root cause. Only after leaving the car outside during a severe thunderstorm was enough water able to enter for the issue to become obvious; previously, I had dismissed the occasional dampness as minor. The leak eventually caused mold growth in the rear seating area. While the manager initially promised to fully remediate the damage and restore the vehicle, the shop repeatedly minimized the problem and limited its efforts to superficial cleaning despite multiple complaints. The mold issue extended far beyond the surface and was never properly addressed. To make matters worse, the shop also failed to honor its promise to reimburse me for the cost of a third-party inspection, which ultimately confirmed that the water intrusion was caused by their faulty repair work. The experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and costly. I would strongly encourage others to seek a second opinion if repair issues arise after work is completed here.
