Took my car in because the battery kept dying. they were able to quickly find the cause, were clear on the fix, the cost of the fix, and explained the breakdown of the cost. Fast forward to when I picked up car and took it home. The back seat was folded down (it always is) but it appeared to be uneven and like a part of seat area where to make it smooth when folded down was missing. I called and they told me to come in at my earliest convenience. When I got there they saw the car immrdiately and didn’t make me feel stupid when the issue was simply that the piece that makes it smooth was just stuck under something. (You just had to lift seat up, pull it, and put back down). Customer service was phenomenal and actual work was great. Big I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend them. Huge shout out and thank you to Dan and Spencer. Also, Everyone I interacted with was great.
