I recently purchased a 2005 Park Avenue from Best Auto. I test drove the car, asked if there were any issues with the car. Salesman said the car was great and it ran great. No transmission issues he says.After having the car for 4 days I noticed that the transmission would hard shift into 1st and 3rd gears. It will jump into gear. I now will have to get a rebuilt or remanufactured transmission. I am deeply disappointed with my purchase whereas I am gonna have to spend a lot more money to fix this issue. I also noticed that the shocks and struts have to be changed. I feel like the salesman lied to me and was not forthcoming with the condition of this Park Avenue. I definitely would not suggest anyone buy a car from this dealership. They will smile in your face and tell ya that everything is fine with a car you may want to purchase but really it isn't. Don't trust anything you hear from these guys. Most likely what you hear will be false and untrue. To sum things up I can only say "Buyer Beware". Take your hard earned money elsewhere. It would be a waste of your time and money to trust these guys and buy a car at this dealership.

Best auto made buying my truck easy. What they failed to mention was that they didn’t have a title for it , only an affidavit in lue of a title. I purchased it in the last week of February and still have not received a title or an actual license plate. It’s now September. Obviously I don’t have a big enough issue for this company to address. Big problem if the buyer later wants to sell said vehicle. I have to contact them for new temporary license plates every time they expire. Update 10-8-19 still no plates. My advice would be to buy from a more reputable dealership. Save yourself the headache.

Painless financing, walked away same day with vehicle. Highly recommend if your in the market for a used car/truck, go check them out! So happy! Loved their mascot (Chevelle) a big friendly dog.
View on GoogleIt's been almost 2 years since I bought a 2007 2500hd classic. With a 6.6 l Duramax diesel with 300,000 miles. I never looked at the truck in person because I was overseas when I bought it. The only thing I had to go off of was pictures and videos they sent me. They were very professional and the communication was the very best you could ask for. They had the truck shipped to me in Alabama and after owning it almost 2 years now I've had no problems with this truck it came with all service records and the truck was immaculate for a truck of this age and mileage. I feel as if they can be trusted especially buying a vehicle you don't see in person so I thank the staff for all that they have done!!
View on Googlebought a truck from these guys, months ago. complete lemon. They said it was needing a small transmission fix but after driving it we soon realize that the entire engine needed to be replaced and it cost over $7,000. We still haven't gotten our plates and I've been riding around with a temp plate for 4 months now. No registration or title given getting pulled over is a real treat. These guys are sloppy is go somewhere else shopping here was one of the biggest mistakes in my life
