I can’t say enough good things about Brian and the entire team at Advanced European Service. My car was stalled in the middle lane of Bothell way in Kenmore. I called for a tow and it was going to be 20 minutes until the tow arrived. I looked over my shoulder and saw the sign for AES, and it described service for luxury vehicles and more. I figured they wouldn’t want to waste their time on my 2013 Hyundai Elantra so I kept waiting on the tow. Just then I saw Brain and three of his mechanics jogging down the sidewalk offering to help me get the car out of the street. We all pushed it round the corner to their service bay and they quickly diagnosed a bad alternator and battery. Brian asked me if I wanted them to fix it. I thought “sure” but I wonder how many days/weeks will it take before they can get to it. The lot was full of BMW’s Mercedes, and my lovely Elantra with 275,000 miles on it. Brian said he could have the part in an hour and get me back on the road home to Leavenworth in another 90 minutes. What???! Let’s do it! The quote was fair, the repair was completed on time, and the final price came in $200 less than the quote. Where are you going to get that? Advanced European Service is where. While waiting in the lobby for the repair to be completed, I was able to see and hear the amazing interaction that Brian and his team had with the other customers. They weren’t just treated like customers they were more like guests. I am a 30 year hospitality professional and I was blown away and inspired by the level of customer service that was provided to everyone. I live 150 miles away from AES Kenmore, but will be back for my future service needs, and I will be recommending them to my family and friends who live on the west side. Brought in my XC60 in winters to get the brakes & rotors replaced in December 2025. The staff was welcoming, the workshop had a lively feel. Everyone was genuine, upfront and detailed on the work to be done the cost I will incur. They were also very kind to ensure a drop off/pick up as needed. As a matter of fact I was waiting for my cab and the store manager walked over to me to offer a ride home. My fav part was, I hadn't looked up promos on the website and Brian (service advisor) just applied the discounts on his own. thats being genuine and I really appreciate it. A follow up appointment to get the work checked was done immediately on request and I was educated well on my concern. I might be a customer now for life.
